Hainan Airlines launches inaugural Dreamliner flight from Shenzhen to Vienna on 20 October 2018. It flies to Vienna every Saturday and Thursday and lands in Shenzhen on Sundays and Fridays.
On 20 October 2018, Hainan Airlines B787 flight HU789 departs from Shenzhen for Vienna at 1.30 am, touches down in Vienna at 7.50 am local time before leaving Vienna for Shenzhen at 11.45 am and arriving in Shenzhen at 5 am on 21 October 2018 under flight HU790.
Tickets are available for sale on Hainan Airlines' web-site, at its offices, travel agencies and on-line air ticketing portals such as Ctrip, Trip and Zuji.
Vienna is Hainan Airlines' 47th city on Hainan Airlines' Shenzhen route network. The new flight to Vienna will be of most convenience to tourists from Hong Kong as Austrian Airlines performs its last flight from Hong Kong to Vienna on 28 October 2018. Hong Kong is now linked to Shenzhen by high-speed rail besides land transportation and ferry.
