AirAsia X launches flight from KLIA2 to Changsha on 29 October 2018 and to Melbourne Avalon International Airport on 4 December 2018.
On 29 October 2018, flight D7352 departs from KLIA2 to Changsha at 6.05 pm, arrives in Changsha at 11.05 pm before leaving Changsha for KLIA2 at 11.50 pm and touching down in KLIA2 at 4.30 am on 30 October 2018 under flight D7353.
AirAsia X flies to Changsha on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and lands in KLIA2 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
AirAsia X A330 replaces AirAsia A320 on the Changsha route.
On 4 December 2018, AirAsia X flies twice-daily to Avalon (AVV) from KLIA2. Below are the introductory flight schedules on 4 December:-
D7216/D7217 KUL-AVV / AVV-KUL 10.35 am - 9.30 pm/10.45 pm - 4 am (5 December)
D7218/D7219 KUL-AVV / AVV-KUL 9.25 pm - 8.20 am/10.35 am - 3.50 pm (the next day)
From 5 December 2018, D7216 / D7217 and D7218 / D7219 follow the schedules below:-
D7216/D7217 KUL-AVV / AVV-KUL 10.35 am - 9.20 pm/10.45 pm - 4 am (the next day)
D7218/D7219 KUL-AVV / AVV-KUL 10.25 pm - 9.20 am/10.35 am - 3.50 pm (6 December)
The KUL-AVV services replace AirAsia X's flights to Melbourne Tullamarine.
