Air Macau has confirmed that that it is resuming non-stop scheduled flight from Macau to Changi on 23 March 2023 instead of on 25 March 2023. It operates flights to Changi three times a week, with its inaugural resumption flight on Thursday operated by its Airbus A321 and on the other days followed by its A320 aircraft.

According to schedules, on 23 March 2023 (Thursday), Air Macau flight NX908 departs from Macau for Changi at 9.20 am, touches down in Changi at 1.20 pm before leaving Changi Terminal 2 at 2.20 pm and arriving in Macau at 6.35 pm under flight NX907. On 28 March 2023 (Tuesday), flight NX908 takes off from Macau for Changi at 11.30 am instead, touches down in Changi at 3.30 pm before leaving Changi Terminal 2 for Macau at 4.30 pm and landing in Macau at 8.40 pm under flight NX907.

The flights on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (beginning 30 March 2023) are operated by Air Macau's A320 aircraft.

Air Macau first launches its commercial flight to Changi before the pandemic in 2001 but suspended flights merely five years later.

On 22 November 2011, it operates regular charter flights to Changi, resumes scheduled flight to Changi on 3 January 2011 and drops the service within another three years.

During that time, Air Macau was testing the Macau-Singapore travel market. The airline's president of the executive committee Zheng Yan revealed to The Macao News, "In the beginning, we will try a regular charter, which is better for the airline to see whether this market is enough to support the route or not. In proper time, we will set up a schedule flight for this route".

The Macau-Singapore travel market has been dominated by Scoot for years before and during the pandemic and there is an increasing demand for Chinese tourists travelling to Singapore for Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech vaccinations recently.

The 23 March 2023 inaugural scheduled resumption flight of Air Macau proves the airline it is ripe to operate scheduled flights to Changi after all to further develop the Macau-Singapore travel market.

Tickets are available on Air Macau's web-site and major on-line ticketing platforms such as Ctrip, Skyscanner, Trip and VariFlight.
