Sichuan Airlines launches two new international routes between 9 and 12 January 2019. These are Xining - Cam Ranh and Nanning - Suvarnabhumi routes. These flights are operated using A320 aircraft.
On 9 January 2019, flight 3U8183 takes off from Xining for Cam Ranh at 9.25 am, touches down in Cam Ranh at 1.35 pm before leaving Cam Ranh for Xining at 2.50 pm and arriving in Xining at 7.20 pm under flight 3U8184. Flights between Xining and Cam Ranh are operated on Mondays and Wednesdays only.
On 12 January 2019, Sichuan Airlines flight 3U8453 departs from Nanning for Suvarnabhumi at 6.05 pm, arrives in Suvarnabhumi at 7.15 pm local time before leaving under flight 3U8454 from Suvarnabhumi for Nanning at 8.25 pm and touching down in Nanning at 11.40 pm. Flights are operated on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Sichuan Airlines has existing flights from Nanning to Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City. Suvarnabhumi is the third airport link for the airline departing from Nanning. The Xining - Cam Ranh route is Sichuan Airlines' first international route from Qinghai capital's international airport.
