Orient Airline Guides (OAG), the authority on airlines' flight schedules, has released the OAG On-time performance for Airlines and Airports based on full year data of 2018, on 13 January 2019.
The most punctual airline in the world is Copa Airlines with an On-Time Performance (OTP) rate of 89.79 per cent while Hong Kong Airlines ranks third in the world for its OTP rate of 88.11 per cent. However, it is the most punctual airline in the Asia-Pacific region when it is compared with Singapore Airlines (OTP of 83.46 per cent) and Japan Airlines (OTP of 83.99 per cent).

According to OAG, the most punctual mega airport in the world for flight arrivals and departures is Haneda while Changi Airport ranks third. See below.
