Garuda Indonesia celebrates its 70th Anniversary on 26 January 2019 at its headquarters in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport district (as above).
The Indonesian national flag carrier also launches its international vintage flight from Jakarta to Osaka Kansai on 26 January 2019 using Airbus A330 aircraft. The vintage flight from Osaka Kansai will return to Jakarta on 30 January 2019. The flight pairs are indicated as GA888/GA889.
On the domestic front, there are further vintage flights of Garuda Indonesia on the sectors Jakarta - Denpasar - Jakarta (GA408/GA411) and Jakarta - Yogyakarta - Jakarta (GA206/GA207).
International tourists connecting to the above flights should consider flying with Garuda Indonesia that has the most number of connections to Jakarta from Singapore Changi Airport.
