Vietnam Airlines launches daily flight from Danang to Kansai on 28 October 2018

Vietnam Airlines launches daily scheduled flight from Danang to Osaka Kansai International Airport on 28 October 2018 using Airbus A321 aircraft.

On 28 October 2018, Vietnam Airlines flight VN336 departs from Danang for Kansai at 12.20 am, touches down in Kansai at 7 am before leaving Kansai for Danang at 9.30 am and arriving in Danang at 12.05 pm under flight VN337 on the same day.


Danang-Osaka Kansai is the second direct flight operated by Vietnam Airlines connecting Vietnam’s central region with Japan, after flight linking Danang with Narita.

Osaka is popularly known as one of the major trade centres of Japan. Similar to Tokyo, Osaka is not only a modern industrial city, but also famous for its romantic scenery. Merging the quintessence of both past and present cultures, the interference between traditional elements and modern civilization has turned Osaka into an exciting and mysterious destination.

To celebrate the commencement of the inaugural flight from Danang to Kansai, Vietnam Airlines has announced that its Lotusmiles frequent flyer members will be awarded with the following bonus miles for each sector flown between Danang and Kansai:

Osaka has three airports including Kobe Airport, Osaka Itami Airport and Osaka Kansai International Airport. Only Kansai serves international flights to Osaka.
