Qatar Airways launches new flights to Malta and Lisbon in June 2019 using two different aircraft.
Non-stop service from Doha to Malta begins on 4 June 2019. Using an Airbus A320 aircraft, Qatar flight QR383 departs from Doha for Malta at 8.35 am, arrives in Malta at 1.25 pm before leaving Malta for Doha at 5.45 pm and touching down in Doha at 11.50 pm under flight QR384. Services are valid on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Qatar Airways also flies to Malta on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays under flight pair QR381/QR382 at different timings. On these days, QR381 takes off for Malta from Doha at 1.55 am, lands in Malta at 6.45 am before leaving Malta for Doha at 9.20 am and touching down in Doha at 3.25 pm under flight QR382.
For the non-stop flights to Lisbon, Qatar Airways' 787-8 Dreamliner operates daily fights with the inaugural flight commencing on 24 June 2019. Same as the Malta route, there are two flight pairs.
The detailed flight schedules are as follows:-
On 24 June 2019 and on Mondays and Tuesdays, QR343 takes off from Doha for Lisbon at 1.35 am, touches down in Lisbon at 7.25 am before leaving Lisbon for Doha at 8.40 am and arriving in Doha at 5.40 pm under flight QR344.
On Fridays, QR343 departs from Doha for Lisbon at 12.50 am, arrives in Lisbon at 6.40 am before leaving Lisbon for Doha at 8.40 am and arriving in Doha at 5.40 pm under flight QR344.
On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, flight QR341 departs from Doha for Lisbon at 7.15 am, lands in Lisbon at 1.05 pm before leaving Lisbon for Doha at 2.30 pm and arriving in Doha at 11.30 pm under flight QR342.
On Sundays, QR341 leaves Doha for Lisbon at 8.25 am, touches down in Lisbon at 2.15 pm before departing from Lisbon for Doha at 3.30 pm under QR342 and landing in Doha at 12.30 am local time.
