Citilink launches historic flight between Jakarta and Phnom Penh on 21 June 2019

Citiink, the low-cost subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia, launches Indonesia's first historic flight from Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, located in Cengkareng, to Phnom Penh on 21 June 2019, and ends Indonesian passengers' necessity to transit in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur for their onward flights to Phnom Penh. 

No other airline operates A320 daily flights on the new route other than Citilink.

On 21 June 2019, Citilink flight QG512 departs from Jakarta for Phnom Penh at 10.55 am, touches down in Phnom Penh at 2.25 pm before leaving Phnom Penh for Jakarta at 3.30 pm local time and arriving in Soekarno-Hatta at 7 pm under flight QG513.

Each flight lasts for 3 hours 30 minutes.

Citilink advertises on its web-site that the ticket prices on the Jakarta - Phnom Penh - Jakarta sectors (from 196.65 US Dollars on Jakarta - Phnom Penh one way, from 213 US Dollars on Phnom Penh - Jakarta one way), subject to fluctuations, cover the prices of hot meals and mineral water. 

To celebrate the launch of the historic low-cost flight, passengers of Garuda Indonesia can book the Citilink flights on the Jakarta - Phnom Penh route from now till 14 July 2019 and earn extra 200 GarudaMiles by upgrading their frequent flyer memberships to GarudaMiles Silver for their travels from 21 June to 31 July 2019. The mileage must be claimed by 31 July 2019 at the latest.
