On 9 June 2025, HK Express announces that it is launching scheduled flight from Hong Kong to Guiyang on 31 July 2025. Flight operation days from Hong Kong are Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays and Tuesdays.
On 31 July 2025, according to schedules, HK Express flight UO246 departs from Hong Kong for Guiyang at 6.10 am, touches down in Guiyang at 8.10 am before leaving Guiyang for Hong Kong at 8.55 am and arriving in Hong Kong at 11.05 am under flight UO247.
The above schedules operated by HK Express' A321 are effective for travel on Thursdays and Tuesdays.
On Fridays and Sundays, flight UO244 leaves Hong Kong for Guiyang at 8.35 pm, touches down in Guiyang at 10.20 pm before taking off from Guiyang for Hong Kong at 11.20 pm and landing in Hong Kong at 1.25 am under flight UO245.
The above schedules operated by HK Express' A320neo are effective for departure from Hong Kong on Frdays and Sundays. Flight UO245 lands in Hong Kong from Guiyang on Saturdays and Mondays.
