On 28 October 2025, Omani low-cost carrier SalamAir launches direct scheduled flight from Muscat to Kualanamu Airport, the gateway to Medan, Indonesia.
Accrding to schedules, SalamAir flight OV901 departs from Muscat for Kualanamu at 5.35 pm on 28 October 2025, touches down in Kualanamu at 3.05 am before leaving Kualanamu for Muscat at 3.50 am on 29 October 2025 and landing in Muscat at 7.40 am local time under flight OV902.
SalamAir flies to Kualanamu with its A321neo on Tuesdays and Fridays and leaves for Muscat on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
