VISTARA's four new B737-800NG and 2 A320neo leased from BOC Aviation

BOC Aviation Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BOC Aviation” ) announced on 27 May 2019  that it is leasing four Boeing 737-800NG aircraft and two Airbus A320neo aircraft to VISTARA (TATA SIA Airlines). All four Boeing 737-800NG aircraft are scheduled to be delivered to VISTARA by end of May 2019. The two Airbus A320neo aircraft will be delivered in the second half of 2019 and powered by the CFM LEAP 1A engines.

Robert Martin, General Manager and CEO of BOC Aviation, said, "We are pleased to support VISTARA once again in the fast-growing Indian aviation industry. Our partnership with VISTARA began in 2014 when we leased 20 Airbus A320 series aircraft to the airline. By 2017, we delivered the first Airbus A320neo aircraft to VISTARA, and we are very happy to cooperate with the company's future fleet needs."

Vistara Airlines President Leslie Thng said, “VISTARA is very pleased to expand its strategic partnership with BOC Aviation. BOC Aviation has supported the company's business expansion plan since its inception in 2015, and we look forward to continuing to work with it in the future."
