China Southern launches non-stop Changsha - Nairobi route on 12 June 2019. It flies to Nairobi on Wednesdays and Sundays. It returns to Changsha on Thursdays and Mondays.
On 12 June 2019, China Southern flight CZ6043 departs from Changsha for Nairobi at 12.50 am, touches down in Nairobi at 7.30 am before leaving Nairobi for Changsha at 12.50 pm and arriving in Changsha at 6.05 am on 13 June 2019 under flight CZ6044.
Flights are operated using A330 aircraft.
China Southern does not face competition from Kenya Airways on the new route. Kenya Airways flies to Guangzhou from Nairobi via Suvarnabhumi on a weekly basis.
