JC International Airlines, the first name of Cambodia's first private airline in the 2010s, became to be later known as Cambodia JC International Airlines on the livery, formerly JC Cambodia International Airlines and in short JC Airlines. On 6 June 2014, the parent company Jing Cheng Group registers the airline's business in Phnom Penh and receives official approval to operate business on 14 October 2014. On 17 March 2017, JC Airlines launches its domestic flight to Siem Reap from Phnom Penh.
At its height of development, JC Airlines has five Airbus A320 aircraft operating many flights to destinations in Cambodia, Thailand, mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, and even Malaysia and Singapore. Recorded destinations include Siem Reap, Phnom Penh, Sihanouk, Macau, Don Mueang, Chongqing, Huai'an, Kunming, Chengdu, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Sanya, Nanning, Guiyang, Xi'an Xianyang, Xuzhou, Yichang, KLIA and Singapore Changi.
As of 11 December 2022, JC Airlines operates commercial flights to Kunming only with one A320 aircraft.
JC Airlines is the Cambodian subsidiary of Yunnan-based Jing Cheng Group and used to be the subidiary of Ruili Airlines.
Ruili Airlines is known now as Sunan Ruili Airlines headquartered in Wuxi Sunan International Airport although it is still known commercially as Ruili Airlines.
