On 16 December 2022, a Bhutan Airlines A319 jet arrives in Changi Airport at 4.50 am under flight B3780. The flight departs from Suvarnabhumi for Changi, and not KLIA2 as previously reported.

Boarding time on the 16 December 2022 flight to Paro is at 5 am at Gate C11 of Changi Airport Terminal 1. Outbound flight B3781, according to FlightRadar24, leaves Changi at 6.12 am after the departure time was re-timed from 5 am to 6 am.
Bhutan Airlines is operating the next chartered flight from Paro to Singapore on 22 December 2022 via Kolkata.
