Jetstar Asia and Jetstar Airways, member airlines of Jetstar, which are currently operating at Changi Airport's Terminal 1 (T1), will officially move to T4 from 22 March 2023.

On 22 March 2023, Jetstar Asia flight 3K766 departing from Manila will arrive at T4 at 12.40 am on the same day, becoming the first Jetstar Asia flight to use this terminal, and will return to Manila at 6.15 am on the same day. The first Jetstar flight from T4 is JQ8, which departs for Melbourne at 10.10 pm that night.

Jetstar and Changi Airport Group issued a joint statement on 1 December 2022 pointing out that after Jetstar's relocation, there will be more room for growth, and the airport will also be able to optimize the operation of the boarding gate to cope with the increased travel demand.

Jetstar Asia's fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft operates more than 200 weekly flights to and from key Southeast Asian destinations such as Denpasar, Suvarnabhumi, Jakarta, KLIA and Phnom Penh. Jetstar's Boeing 787 Dreamliners will continue to fly between Singapore and Melbourne six times a week. The popular route carries more than 200,000 passengers between the two cities each year.

T4 has 21 boarding gates, 17 of which can accommodate narrow-body aircraft. Passengers and the public can take the shuttle bus to and from T4, T3 and T1/The Jewel for free.
