Following the successful complete acquisition of HK Express as Cathay Pacific's low-cost subsidiary on 19 July 2019, the Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) of HK Express reward-U announces on 22 July 2019 that it will no longer exist on 1 January 2020.
Membership data in reward-U has been managed by HK Express since 19 July 2019 while membership points in reward-U can only be converted to Asia Miles from the fourth quarter to 31 December 2019.
Meanwhile, until 20 August 2019, members of reward-U can continue to earn points when they book HK Express tickets.
HK Express will keep reward-U members informed of developments.
