IndiGo is expecting to launch a few new international routes in September 2019. These routes include flights to Yangon, Hong Kong, Chengdu and Hanoi.

The Yangon - Kolkata route currently served by flights of Air India and Myanmar Airways International will get busier when IndiGo launches its maiden daily flight from Kolkata to Yangon on 20 September 2019 using its Airbus A320 aircraft.

On 20 September 2019, IndiGo flight 6E7307 departs from Kolkata for Yangon at 11.30 am, arrives in Yangon at 2.30 pm local time before leaving Yangon for Kolkata at 3.30 pm and landing in Kolkata at 4.30 pm under flight 6E7308.

On 15 September 2019, IndiGo is planning to launch maiden scheduled flight from Delhi to Chengdu although the schedules are still under wraps and tickets are not available for sale yet. In the same month, it is also planning to launch non-stop flight from Delhi to Hanoi as the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) has only approved IndiGo's application on 26 July 2019 to begin flights as early as in September 2019.

IndiGo has been proactive in launching new routes in recent months and it will continue to add new destinations to its network. For instance, it is evaluating the possibility of adding Ho Chi Minh City to its Delhi network in the months ahead.
