Below are snapshots on Capital Airlines' flight to Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport from Haikou in December 2018:

Capital Airlines with its headquarters in Beijing is now a low-cost airline. Passengers have to pay for inflight meals onboard. The food is rather tasteless. The airline needs to improve quality of its inflight meals.

There are duty-free sales onboard Capital Airlines' flights.

Passengers have to pay to check-in luggage at airport counters.

Tickets for international passengers or non-Chinese nationals can only be purchased at Chinese online ticketing platforms such as Ctrip, Trip, Qunar and eLong.

Capital Airlines is a three-star airline.

** Poor / two-star
*** Good / three-star

***** Very-good / four-star
***** Excellent / five-star

****** Perfect / six-star (the highest category)
