GX Airlines, short for Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines, currently operates daytime flights between Nanning and Changi until 21 March 2023. Aircraft-spotters that wish to shoot pictures of the GX Airlines A320 flying during the day should take note that from 27 March 2023, it reverts to evening flights during the summer and autumn seasons on the route!
According to schedules, between 27 March and 11 April 2023, that are Mondays, flight GX8967 departs from Nanning for Changi at 11.10 pm, touches down in Changi at 3 am on 28 March and 12 April 2023 at 3 am before leaving Changi for Nanning at 4 am and arriving in Nanning at 7.50 am under flight GX8968.
From 17 April 2023, GX Airlines increases the flight frequency on the route sectors to twice a week with the above timings on Mondays and Fridays for GX8967 and Tuesdays and Saturdays for GX8968.
Tickets are available for sale on GX Airlines' web-site at www.gxairlines.com and major online-ticketing platforms such as Trip, Ctrip, VariFlight and Skyscanner.
As of 12 March 2023, only passport holders with relatives in mainland China can book the Chinese flights.
