All Nippon Airways provides comprehensive isolation travel services for passengers arriving in Japan

Report by : Gan Yung Chyan, KUCINTA SETIA

All Nippon Airways (ANA), as Japan's largest and five-star airline for eight consecutive years, will take measures to simplify travel procedures and help passengers from all over the world enter Japan more easily. ANA will launch a new website to provide all international travellers entering Japan with comprehensive information on SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid testing, hotel accommodation and private transportation. The website will open on 22 January 2021. According to current regulations, all new travellers to Japan must be quarantined and are prohibited from taking public transportation during their arrival and isolation. ANA's comprehensive isolation service can help international travelers obtain all necessary security isolation support when entering Japan. ANA’s quarantine packages are available through its website and include hotel accommodation options near Haneda and Narita airports, as well as car rental and SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid testing options. Arriving passengers who stay at the hotel for more than 8 days can use the toiletries kit provided by ANA First Class. The health and safety of passengers and employees is the primary concern of ANA. In order to reduce the spread of the new crown virus and other pathogens, ANA has formulated the "ANA Care Promise" (ANA Care Promise), which is stricter than the epidemic prevention recommendations of public health officials to maintain the health of passengers and employees. All Nippon Airways actively participates in assistance programs to support medical professionals, including a donation of US$200,000 to medical staff to help fight the epidemic. As the public health crisis continues, ANA will continue to do everything it can to support the work of medical staff and public health professionals.
