According to Hebei Airlines on 23 January 2020, Changi Airport has notified the airline that all passengers from Singapore must put on face masks before boarding Hebei Airlines' flights to Hangzhou.  Therefore, it has required its passengers to put on face masks before boarding its flights.

Hebei Airlines does not have stock of face masks onboard its flights to Singapore.

Nevertheless, the airline assures its passengers that its B737-800 aircraft is completely disinfected at the end of each flight.

Passengers from Singapore who intend to depart from Singapore for China are advised to check with the relevant airlines if they have stock of face masks onboard. According to Scoot, stock of face masks are available onboard for passengers' complimentary usage if they are required.
