XiamenAir, which has opened its Branch Company in Quanzhou on 3 August 2018, plans to open more international flights from Quanzhou in the year ahead. New routes under feasibility studies to be launched include Quanzhou - Singapore, Quanzhou -Suvarnabhumi and Quanzhou - Incheon.
XiamenAir operates 36 routes from Quanzhou, of which 8 are regional routes, including flights to Hong Kong, Macau and Taoyuan. 16 aircraft of XiamenAir are allowed to park overnight in Quanzhou to facilitate airline's expansion from the Quanzhou hub.
