Counter D24 at Narita Airport is for passengers who are not able to print out their boarding passes. Air Japan forwards boarding passes in email attachments to all passengers with email addresses on the day of departure. If they are not able to print the boarding passes, go to D24 to get them printed.

Air Japan Inflight Experience on the inaugural flight of NQ3

Review : Air Japan can improve its inflight experience although it excels in boarding experience. There is no inflight magazine. There is only a Wifi Guide. As the flight journey lasts more than 7 hours, it can be a boring flight experience if there is nothing to read. The Wifi network is down on the inaugural flight so I am not able to surf Internet on my handphone.

No changes to flight booking are allowed, as is the practice of other Japanese airlines. Rebooking is allowed if the customer chooses to cancel the flight during booking.

About NQ3: Inaugural flight NQ3 landed in Changi at 11.40 pm on 26 April 2024, 15 minutes ahead of scheduled arrival at 11.55 pm. It departed from Narita at 6.06 pm.

Star Rating : ****
