According to Air Japan's latest Facebook post, it has taken delivery of its second branded 787-8 Dreamliner on 9 April 2024 from Xiamen. The new aircraft is registered JA801A. Its first 787-8 for launching the Suvarnabhumi route in February 2024 is registered JA803A.
Air Japan expects to launch its first direct scheduled flight to Changi from Narita on 26 April 2024 with the second 787-8.
