On 23 September 2023, Vietnam Airlines announces that it is moving its flight operations back from Changi Airport Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 on 26 September 2023 whereas Pacific Airlines, its low-cost subsidiary, continues to operate scheduled flights to Terminal 4.
Till then, Vietnam Airlines flies from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to Changi Terminal 3 and operates flights on code-sharing basis with Pacific Airlines at Terminal 4.
