Oman's low-cost airline, SalamAir, launches direct scheduled flight from Muscat to Munich, Germany, on 30 September 2023.
On 30 September 2023, SalamAir flight OV995 departs from Muscat for Munich at 2.45 pm, touches down in Munich at 7.35 pm before leaving Munich for Muscat at 8.20 pm and arriving in Muscat at 4.50 am on 1 October 2023 under flight OV996.
SalamAir's A321neo flies to Munich on Wednesdays and Saturdays and lands in Muscat on Thursdays and Sundays.

SalamAir launches flight to Hyderabad on 1 October 2023

On 1 October 2023, SalamAir launches direct scheduled flight from Muscat to Hyderabd with its A320neo aircraft. On that day, SalamAir flight OV705 takes off from Muscat for Hyderabad at 10.20 pm, touches down in Hyderbad at 3.05 am on 2 October 2023 before embarking on the outbound journey towards Muscat at 3.55 am and landing in Muscat at 5.50 am under flight OV706.
SalamAir flies to Hyderbad on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. It returns to Muscat on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
