Drukair launches direct flight to Mumbai from Paro on 1 May 2014

Drukair's new route between Paro International Airport and Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport will commence operations from 1 May 2014, after a delay of two years. 
The three-hour flight will operate twice weekly, on Thursdays and Sundays, as below:
THU/SUN  KB206             Paro - Mumbai            DEP 0730        ARR 1010
THU/SUN  KB207             Mumbai - Paro            DEP 1110        ARR 1440

Drukair is the only airline operating from Bhutan to the financial capital of India and Mumbai will be one of the gateways to Bhutan for both business and leisure travellers. The airline hopes to encourage  passengers from the central and southern regions of India to travel to Bhutan conveniently.
