Changi Airport has revealed that Cathay Pacific Airways will be the first airline to operate at Terminal 4 when the new terminal building opens in 2017. On the other hand, the airport confirms that VietJet Air operates from Terminal 3 from 23 May 2014, and Spring Airlines which launched daily flights to Singapore on 25 April will only operate three times a week between Shanghai-Pudong and Singapore from 20 May 2014.
