Hunnu Air receives its first E195-E2 aircraft on 19 April 2025

On 19 April 2025, Mongolia's largest private airline Hunnu Air receives its first E195-E2 aircraft which was leased from Embraer and delivered under Azorra's form orderbook with Embraer. The second E195-E2 aircraft is due to arrive in Ulaanbaatar in October 2025.

According to Hunnu Air, the introduction of E195-E2 to Hunnu Air's fleet aims to ensure safety operations for the airline's customers.


The E195-E2 aircraft is a medium-sized aircraft that ensures maximum passenger comfort, environmentally friendly, low flight time and ambient noise. It has advantages such as carbon emission in foreign environment and consumes fuel by about 20 percent less than similar types of aircraft.

After the E195-E2 aircraft is inducted to Hunnu Air's fleet, the airline has three aircraft comprising of two E190 and one E195-E2 aircraft.

Hunnu Air plans to introduce the E195-E2 aircraft on its charter flights to Haikou, Sanya and to Phu Quoc. The airline has a Saturday charter flight to Phu Quoc. It will also expand its route network to cover Kobe, Shizuoka, cities in South Korea and it plans to launch scheduled flight to Tashkent with the aircraft in 2025.

As of 15 April 2025, the airline flies on scheduled basis to Almaty, Baotou, Daxing, Hailar, Manzhouli, Murun, Ordos and Ulgii, according to its web-site and Facebook, and charter flights to Haikou and Sanya.
