On 2 April 2025, HK Express announces that it is launching scheduled flight to Changzhou from Hong Kong on 23 May 2025.
On 23 May 2025, according to schedules, HK Express flight UO272 departs from Hong Kong for Changzhou at 5.45 pm, touches down in Changzhou at 8.05 pm before leaving Changzhou for Hong Kong at 8.50 pm and landing in Hong Kong at 11.10 pm under flight UO273.
HK Express flies to Changzhou on Fridays, Sundays and Wednesdays with A320 aircraft.
With the addition of Changzhou, HK Express flies to five mainland Chinese destinations including Ningbo, Sanya, Daxing and Yiwu. The route to Yiwu is opened on 29 May 2025.
