China Eastern launches its first return C919 scheduled commercial flight on 28 May 2023.

On 28 May 2023, C919 flight MU9191 departs from Shanghai Hongqiao for Beijing Capital at 10.32 am, touches down in Beijing Capital at 12.31 pm before leaving Beijing Capital for Shanghai Hongqiao at 2.54 pm and landing in Shanghai Hongqiao at 4.32 pm under flight MU9192.
On 29 May 2023, the C919 launches its first commercial flight to Chengdu Tianfu from Shanghai Hongqiao, effectively its second commercial flight. The schedule is as follows:- Flight MU9197 leaves Hongqiao for Tianfu at 8.10 am and touches down in Tianfu at 11.20 am before flight MU9198 departs from Tianfu for Hongqiao at 12.30 pm and arrives in Shanghai Hongqiao at 3.25 pm.
