West Air, the Chongqing-based subsidiary of Hainan Airlines, launches new scheduled flights to the two gateway airports of Bangkok, Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi in April and May 2023.

West Air launches flight from Hefei to Don Mueang on 28 April 2023

On 28 April 2023, West Air commences its first international flight from Hefei to Don Mueang at 9.35 pm under flight PN6485, touches down in Don Mueang at 12.55 am before leaving Don Mueang for Hefei at 2 am and arriving in Hefei at 6.45 am under flight PN6486.
West Air flies from Hefei to Don Mueang on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. It returns to Hefei from Don Mueang on Wednesdays, Fridays and Mondays.

West Air launches flight to Suvarnabhumi from Zhengzhou on 1 May 2023

On 1 May 2023, West Air flight PN6495 leaves Zhengzhou for Suvarnabhumi at 7.05 pm, touches down in Suvarnabhumi at 10.35 pm before departing from Suvarnabhumi for Zhengzhou at 11.35 pm and arriving in Zhengzhou at 4.40 am under flight PN6496.

West Air launches flight from Chongqing to Suvarnabhumi on 15 May 2023

Finally, on 15 May 2023, West Air flight PN6425 departs from Chongqing for Suvarnabhumi at 6.05 pm, arrives in Suvarnabhumi at 8.25 pm before leaving Suvarnabhumi for Chongqing at 9.30 pm and landing in Chongqing at 1.30 am on 16 May 2023 under flight PN6426.
West Air operates flights from Chongqing and Zhengzhou to Suvarnabhumi on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays and lands in the two Chinese cities on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Currently, the airline has scheduled flights from Chongqing to Phuket, Hong Kong and Kansai.
