MAI adds second frequency to its Dubai route from 1 May 2023

Demand for Middle East flights from Burmese civilians and expatriates has increased despite the civil war.  From 1 May 2023, Myanmar Airways International (MAI) adds second frequency to its Yangon-Dubai route.

On 1 May 2023, MAI flight 8M100 departs from Yangon for Dubai at 5.50 am, touches down in Dubai at 9.05 pm before leaving from Dubai for Yangon at 11 pm local time and arriving in Yangon at 7.15 am on 2 May 2023 under flight 8M101.

The additional return flight to Dubai from Yangon takes place on Mondays.

The current flight schedule on Sundays remains unchanged, which is: 8M100 leaves Yangon for Dubai at 7.40 am, arrives in Dubai at 10.55 am before taking off from Dubai for Yangon at 12 pm and touching down in Yangon at 8.15 pm under flight 8M101.

The flights are operated with MAI's A320 aircraft.
