Myanmar Airways International (MAI) launches its scheduled flight from Yangon to Incheon on 3 December 2019, according to MAI's press statement to ANN.
On 3 December 2019, MAI flight 8M801 departs from Yangon for Incheon at 4.45 pm, arrives in Incheon at 12.50 am on 4 December 2019 before leaving Incheon for Yangon at 1.50 am and landing in Yangon on 4.50 am on 4 December 2019 under flight 8M802.
MAI flies to Incheon on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. It returns to Yangon on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Prior to launching the flight to Incheon, MAI has code-sharing flight arrangements with Korean Air and Asiana Airlines on the route to Incheon. Rated 100 per cent safe to fly with from Yangon for years, it operates a fleet of 3 A319 and 1 A320 aircraft. Its destinations from Yangon include Mandalay, Singapore, Guangzhou, Gaya, Kolkata, Suvarnabhumi, Hangzhou, Nanchang, Hefei and Fuzhou.
