On 12 September 2019, Royal Brunei Airlines has announced that it is the first Southeast Asia airline to launch non-stop scheduled flight to Daxing from Brunei International Airport, the gateway to Bandar Seri Begawan, on 27 October 2019.
Initially, Royal Brunei Airlines flies four times a week from Brunei to Daxing, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays before it adds additional three weekly flights to Daxing on 14 January 2020. The daily flights are operated by its A320neo aircraft.
On 27 October 2019, Royal Brunei Airlines flight BI621 departs from Brunei for Daxing at 10.15 am, touches down in Daxing at 3.50 pm before leaving Daxing for Brunei at 4.50 pm and arriving in Brunei at 10.35 pm under flight BI622.
From 14 January 2020, Royal Brunei Airlines adds Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday flights to the Brunei - Daxing route under flight codes BI623 / BI624.
BI623 leaves Brunei for Daxing at 1.50 am, arrives in Daxing at 7.25 am before departing from Daxing for Brunei at 11 am and touching down in Brunei at 4.45 pm under flight BI624.
Since 11 September 2019, the Brunei - Daxing tickets can be purchased at Royal Brunei Airlines' preferred travel agents worldwide, on Trip, Ctrip, Expedia, on Royal Brunei Airlines' web-sites www.flyRB.com, www.flyRB.cn and its branch offices. Channels of payment include AliPay, WeChat and major credit cards.
