West Air, the low-cost airline of Chongqing, is moving its Singapore flight operations to Changi Airport T4 in the late afternoon of 15 May 2018. Its last flight to Changi Airport Terminal 1 from Urumqi via Chongqing touches down at 11.35 pm on 14 May 2018. In the event of the delayed flight, the flight will land in Terminal 1 after midnight on 15 May 2018 still.
Passengers departing from Singapore for Chongqing and Urumqi by West Air in the evening of 15 May 2018 onwards should check-in at T4 instead.
