Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport opens its Terminal 2 to commercial air traffic on 26 April 2018. The first flight of this terminal is operated by XiamenAir.
Airlines landing at Terminal 2 include XiamenAir, SAUDIA Saudi Arabian Airlines (from Jeddah), Kenya Airways (from Nairobi) and Garuda Indonesia (from Jakarta).
Passengers can board Guangzhou Metro Line 3 and disembark at "Airport North" to reach Terminal 2. For passengers in transit who need to move between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, a free Shuttle Bus service is available every 5 minutes. The shuttle bus service operates between Terminal 2 at Gate 42 and Terminal 1 at Gate 10.
