Jetstar Airways flies to Zhengzhou from Melbourne on 6 December 2017 twice a week on a scheduled basis. Its Vietnamese subsidiary Jetstar Pacific flies to Zhengzhou from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City on 21 September 2017 on a weekly charter basis.
On 6 December 2017, Jetstar flight JQ67 departs from Melbourne for Zhengzhou at 2 pm, arrives in Zhengzhou at 9.30 pm before leaving Zhengzhou for Melbourne at 11 pm and touching down in Melbourne at 12.30 pm on 7 December 2017 under flight JQ68. Flights operated by its B787-800 Dreamliner depart between both cities on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
The Melbourne-Zhengzhou-Melbourne air tickets are sold online by Jetstar on behalf of Australia Comfort Travel Group Pty., Ltd while the Vietnam-Zhengzhou tickets are sold off-line by Jetstar Pacific's authorized travel agents in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
