On 20 November 2023, TransNusa's A320 successfully launches its scheduled flight to Changi from Cengkareng. Flight 8B151 landed in Changi at 10.19 am (scheduled time 10.40 am) and took off for Cengkareng from Changi at 1.07 pm (scheduled time 12.40 pm) and touched down in Cengkareng at 1.33 pm local time under flight 8B152.

TransNusa does not have a sales office in Singapore. However, Singaporeans who are interested to book with TransNusa but do not know how to perform on-line booking can contact TransNusa Sales Executive Yeni Gerlince Aplonia Lani, who hails from the Bali Branch Office of the airline, for assistance.
