Bamboo Airways suspends many international flights including flights to Singapore

Bamboo Airways has adjusted the operating schedule for the year-end period and Lunar New Year of 2024 to better serve passengers and market conditions. Details are as follows:
For the international network, Bamboo Airways has temporarily suspended services on:
📍 Hanoi - London Gatwick since 18 October 2023
📍 Hanoi - Incheon since 29 October 2023
📍 Ho Chi Minh City - Singapore since 1 November 2023
📍 Ho Chi Minh City - Sydney/Melbourne/Frankfurt, Hanoi - Frankfurt from 4 November 2023
📍 Ho Chi Minh City - Suvarnabhumi from 21 November 2023
📍 Hanoi - Suvarnabhumi/Narita/Taoyuan from 8 November 2023
For the domestic network, Bamboo Airways maintains stable operation of routes connecting major hubs, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, etc., and leisure routes connecting Con Dao, Da Lat, Hue, Quy Nhon, Cam Ranh, Dong Hoi, etc.

Bamboo Airways retains scheduled flights to Changi from Hanoi, twice a week.
The airline said, "Bamboo Airways dedicates to ensuring that passengers affected by flight disruptions are provided with support promptly. We have recently strengthened our personnel to handle support requests and provide assistance as soon as possible. This includes free flight rescheduling or full fare refunds to passengers."

Bamboo Airways maintains scheduled flights to Changi from Hanoi, twice a week.
The airline added, "Routes not subject to adjustment will continue to operate as usual, ensuring a smooth travel experience for passengers. Passengers can purchase tickets online through Bamboo Airways' website or mobile app or directly from ticket offices and sales agents of Bamboo Airways."
Bamboo Airways sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the flight schedule adjustment.
