On 13 February 2023, Hebei Airlines announces that it is resuming scheduled flight from Hangzhou to Changi on 22 February 2023 with its B737-800 aircraft.

According to schedules, Hebei Airlines flight NS3685 departs from Hangzhou for Changi at 8.45 am, touches down in Changi Terminal 1 at 2.20 pm before leaving Changi for Hangzhou at 3.50 pm and arriving in Hangzhou at 8.45 pm under flight NS3686.
Hebei Airlines flies to Changi from Hangzhou on Wednesdays only and passengers from Shijiazhuang need to change aircraft in Hangzhou and connect to flight NS3685 for their onward flight to Singapore.

Recently, Hebei Airlines has launched scheduled flight from Guiyang to Hong Kong and soon after the Hangzhou-Changi resumption flight, it has plans to resume flights from Shijiazhuang to Suvarnabhumi, Kansai, Phuket and launch flights to cities in South Korea and Japan on transit, connecting and partnership basis in order to draw tourists to Hebei Province.

Hebei Airlines is the Shijiazhuang-based subsidiary of XiamenAir.
