Gulf Air flies twice weekly to Tel Aviv

On 30 September 2021, Gulf Air's ceremonial flight departs for Tel Aviv from Bahrain at 10.40 am, marking the Bahrain national flag carrier's first flight to Israel. 

Since the start of the winter season, Gulf Air has scheduled its flights to Tel Aviv twice a week with flight GF972 departing for Tel Aviv from Bahrain at 10 am, touching down in Tel Aviv at 12 pm before leaving Tel Aviv for Bahrain at 2.30 pm and arriving in Bahrain at 6 pm under flight GF973.

Gulf Air flies to Tel Aviv on Mondays and Thursdays with A320neo aircraft.

Gulf Air increases flight frequencies to many cities

Despite the continuing stormy pandemic, apart from the thrice-weekly flights to Singapore from 24 November 2021, Gulf Air is increasing weekly flights to Suvarnabhumi to 5 flights a week while Manila is served 9 flights per week.

Istanbul flights are increased to 10 weekly while there are 49 flights to Dubai and 35 flights to Pakistan.

Gulf Air participates in Dubai Airshow

According to Gulf Air, the airline is participating at the Dubai Airshow from 14 to 18 November 2021 at Dubai World Central (DWC), where it is showcasing its flagship aircraft the 787-9 Dreamliner and its state-of-the art cabins in its iconic 70th anniversary livery.

IATA Travel Pass trial on Gulf Air's flights to Singapore

According to Gulf Air, the airline passengers have started to use the IATA Travel Pass on Gulf Air's flights to Singapore. The IATA Travel Pass trial was started on Gulf Air's flight to Athens before expanding to London and Singapore.

The IATA Travel Pass application helps passengers easily and securely manage their travel in line with government requirements for covid testing or covi vaccine information.

Gulf Air passengers create a "digital passport" allowing them to match their travel itineraries with the covid health requirements of their destinations and validate compliance.
