Aero Mongolia to fly operate regular international flights by January 2022 with A319
According to the Japan office of Aero Mongolia, the Mongolian's smallest passenger airline plans to operate regular international flights from Ulaanbaatar with its Airbus A319 by January 2022. The first scheduled flight will be to Narita from Ulaanbaatar.
To mark the restart of regular international flights, Aero Mongolia is creating its revamped inflight magazine while there is plan to publish and distribute A319 postcards in 2022.
Aero Mongolia, which previously operated Embraer ERJ145LR and Fokker F50, to Hohhot and Irkutsk, has suspended such flights since mainland China and Russia have closed their international borders due to the pandemic.

According to Aero Mongolia's official web-site, Aero Mongolia plans to operate A319 flights to Narita, Irkutsk, Tianjin and Hohhot.
In the near future, Aero Mongolia plans to launch Mongolia's first flight to Antalya, Turkey, from Ulaanbaatar.

Aero Mongolia launched its first charter flight to Narita on 4 October 2021
On 4 October 2021, Aero Mongolia launches its first charter flight to Narita from Ulaanbaatar with its new A319, which has a capacity of 141 passengers.
The outbound flight leaves Ulaanbaatar for Narita at 7.30 am, touches down in Narita at 1 pm before taking off from Narita for Ulaanbaatar at 2 pm and arriving in Ulaanbaatar at 6.20 pm.
The above timings are effective for Aero Mongolia's second charter flight to Narita on 18 October 2021 and its third charter flight to Narita on 11 November 2021.

Aero Mongolia launched charter flight to Irkutsk on 8 October 2021
According to Aero Mongolia's web-site, the airline performs charter flights to Irkutsk on 8 and 22 October 2021 with the outbound flight departing from Ulaanbaatar for Irkutsk at 2 pm, arriving in Irkutsk at 3.05 pm before leaving Irkutsk for Ulaanbaatar at 4.35 pm and landing in Ulaanbaatar at 5.35 pm.
The above timings are effective for the second charter flight to Irkutsk on 22 October 2021.

Aero Mongolia celebrates 20th Anniversary with the arrival of A319
On 1 July 2021, Aero Mongolia posts its A319 video on its F/M. However, the A319 first shown on Facebook on 28 April 2021 in East Midlands, UK, arrives in Ulaanbaatar later in June 2021.
The arrival of the A319, previously owned by Brussels Airlines as 00-SS1, marks a milestone in Aero Mongolia's 20 years of history. It is later registered JU-1199 for the inaugural flight to Narita.
Aero Mongolia is set up in 2001 and performs its first domestic flight in 2003 with Fokker F50. The airline had 2 Fokker F50 aircraft.
In 2018, Embraer ERJ145LR is introduced to its fleet to increase domestic flight frequencies and operate inaugural flight to Tianjin on 25 October 2018.
On 4 July 2021, the ERJ145LR of Aero Mongolia performs its inaugural flight from Buyant-Ukhaa (ULN) to Chinggis Khaan International Airport (UBN), marking the opening of the new Ulaanbaatar international airport in Khöshig Valley, Sergelen, 52 km south of Ulaanbaatar.
Currently in service with Aero Mongolia are the two Embraer ERJ145LR aircraft and A319.
