Indonesian private airline Sriwijaya Air has launched scheduled flight from Denpasar to Waingapu on 6 October 2025.
On 6 October 2025, according to FlightRadar24, Sriwijaya Air flgiht SJ740 departs from Denpasar for Waingapu, the capital of Sumba Island, at 10.05 am (scheduled time 9.10 am), touches down in Waingapu at 11.02 am (scheduled time 10.30 am) before leaving Waingapu for Denpasar at 12.31 pm (scheduled time 11.10 am) and arriving in Denpasar at 1.32 pm (scheduled time 12.35 pm) under flight SJ741.
Sriwijaya Air flies to Waingapu from Denpasar on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Beside the new route to Waingapu, Sriwijaya Air is resuming scheduled flight between Cengkareng and Denpasar with flight SJ272 departing from Cengkareng for Denpasar daily at 6 pm on 10 October 2025, landing in Denpasar at 8.50 pm before taking off from Denpasar for Cengkareng at 9.35 pm and landing in Cengkareng at 10.15 pm under flight SJ273.
