Lao Airlines launches flight to Zhanjiang on 28 October 2025, its C909 starts flight to Nanning

According to Lao Airlines' Winter 2025/2026 Timetable, the airline is launching scheduled flight from Vientiane to Zhanjiang, a city in southern Guangdong, on 28 October 2025.

On 28 October 2025, Lao Airlines flight QV863 departs from Vientiane for Zhanjiang at 4.40 pm, touches down in Zhanjiang at 7.15 pm before leaving Zhanjiang for Vientiane at 8.15 pm and touching down in Vientiane at 8.55 pm under flight QV864.

Lao Airlines flies to Zhanjiang with its A320 aircraft on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. It is the first foreign airline to operate scheduled flight to Zhanjiang Wuchuan Airport.

Meanwhile, Lao Airlines is deploying its C909 aircraft on routes to Suvarnabhumi and Nanning. From 29 October 2025, the C909 flies to Nanning under flight QV878 at 12.30 pm, lands in Nanning at 2.45 pm before departing from Nanning for Vientiane at 3.45 pm and arriving in Vientiane at 4 pm local time under flight QV879. Flights operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
