Vietjet Air launches flight to Melbourne from Ho Chi Minh City on 31 March 2023

According to Vietjet Air's latest statement, Vietnam's largest private airline launches long-haul scheduled flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Melbourne on 31 March 2023 with its Airbus A330-300 aircraft.

On 31 March 2023, the outbound flight of Vietjet Air's A330 is expected to leave Ho Chi Minh City for Melbourne at 9.50 am and touch down in Melbourne at 10.35 pm before taking off from Melbourne for Ho Chi Minh City at 3.30 am and arriving in Ho Chi Minh City at 5.15 am local time on 1 April 2023.

Vietjet Air flies to Melbourne on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays while it departs from Melbourne for Ho Chi Minh City on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

If market conditions for fulfilling rising air traffic demand were met, the airline may increase the service frequency to daily flights in December 2024.
