Vietnam Airlines has announced that it is launching its first non-stop scheduled flight from Hanoi to Frankfurt on 25 January 2022 with its Dreamliner 787 aircraft. The airline has both 787-9 and 787-10 aircraft in its fleet.
On 25 January 2022, Vietnam Airlines flight VN37 departs from Hanoi for Frankfurt at 7.05 am, touches down in Frankfurt at 1.20 pm. The trip takes about 12 hours 15 minutes to complete.
On the same day of 25 January 2022, flight VN36 leaves Frankfurt for Hanoi at 4 pm and lands in Hanoi at 9.30 am on 27 January 2022. The journey takes 11 hours 30 minutes.
The above schedules are effective until 7 February 2022.
From 8 February 2022, the flight schedule to the UK, France and Germany will be fixed on two routes. The flights on the first route depart every Tuesday from Hanoi to London, via Frankfurt and back to Hanoi, while those on the second depart every Thursday from Hanoi to Paris, via Frankfurt and back to Hanoi.
