Hawaiian Airlines has also endeavoured to improve customer service. These measures include elimination of change fees, no expiration of HawaiianMiles rewards, opened new airside concourse in Honolulu, moved to a new terminal in Los Angeles, thus offering improvement in the travel and working experiences of guests and employees.

The airline participates in Hawaii's preclearance program to expedite guests through the State's covid arrival protocols.
