On 1 November 2020, Singapore Airlines opens up SIA Training Centre Open House booking on its web-site. The adult fare of $32.10 covers the costs of a two-hour tour of the facilities, lunch and a limited edition goodie bag.
Customers that wish to add flight simulator experience have to pay a reservation cost of $535.00 or their Krisflyer miles in equivalent for a 1 hour 15 minutes flight simulating experience besides indicating what time of visit (morning or afternoon) they prefer. Up to 3 participants can be included per booking but they must attend a briefing and sign indemnity form before entering the flight simulator as flight simulating may cause motion sickness in children and pregnant women and those with pre-existing medical condition.
Other adds on include Wine Appreciation ($40.66 / 1 hour), Grooming Workshop ($94.16 / 1 hour 30 minutes), Junior Cabin Crew Experience ($94.16 / 1 hour 30 minutes) and Junior Pilot Experience ($72.76 / 30 minutes).
SIA Training Centre is opened to participating members of the public on 21, 22, 28 and 29 November 2020.
